Mindset of Make Believe

When I was in South Korea, I had to drive past a small hotel that was only four stories high. The windows were rectangular. Management decided on an upgrade, so a balcony was added under each window.

However, the windows stayed in tact, and the windowsills were about 10cm higher than the top edge of the balconies. So, one would have had to climb over the windowsill onto the balcony ... To me, this very much illustrated the mindset of make-believe.
